Who am I?

Wellness coach, psychologist. I help people make long-term lifestyle and dietary changes that make them feel better and healthier. My approach is holistic, based on healing the body and mind through mindfulness, self-awareness, addressing needs, a balanced diet and lifestyle.

I work with people who want to take control of their own health and well-being, and enjoy them for as long as possible. I view each person as a whole: their body, emotions, social and spiritual well-being. I prioritize an individual approach based on kindness, respect and curiosity.

People struggling with metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, emotional overeating, weight problems, digestive problems, constant fatigue, exhaustion, and women suffering from irregular and/or painful periods are also welcome.
