Who am I?

With more than fifteen years of experience as a therapist, yoga teacher, and holistic practitioner, I work from a deep intuitive understanding of the body and human nature.
I combine Western and Eastern knowledge in a way that often reveals surprising connections—insights that say a great deal about how the body and the mind communicate with one another.
Through my training in hypnotherapy, I have become fascinated by the subconscious and how it is constantly working to protect you from all perceived “threats” from the outside world. This gives me profound clarity about how your mind functions and how you approach challenges. Uncovering these internal systems is an essential part of how I work.

In our sessions, I read your body language, sense what remains unspoken, and tune into what you truly need in this very moment.

Together, we create a safe space where you can share, move, and explore whatever is present in your mind, body, and heart. From this state of awareness, we open the door to softness, healing, and meaningful transformation.

I believe that every person is exactly where they are meant to be in life.

You don’t need to change who you are, push yourself, or prove anything.

All you need to do is show up as yourself.

When we slow down, become present, and find genuine inner rest, we reconnect with the essence of life.

From this perspective, I guide you back to balance so that you can regain the sense of holding your own reins again. Together, we restore your confidence, your courage, and your ability to live at your own rhythm.
